Voronoi Diagram

The Voronoi diagram or Voronoi tesselation is a form of space decomposition. It emerges in nature in several ways and can be found in the pattern of giraffes’ fur, the structure of dragonflies’ wings, or the distribution of polyps in some types of coral. It has applications in several areas and has already been explored in urban models, architectural projects, and product design.
